Telace Industrial Valves and Instruments Company (TIVIC) has been formed as an organisation mainly to focus on sales and service of products manufactured by its associate companies. The Chairman and founder of Telace is an Instrumentation Engineer from MIT, having long experience in Devi Power Gas Ltd., A British consulting firm and Ralph M. Parson, an American consulting firm, which was subsequently taken by Dalal Consultants. During 1970 he started the first company Teleflo Instruments Company Pvt. Ltd., in Bombay and even today it is the most leading company in that region for instruments later in 1975, he started Telace Plants and Equipments to cater the southern market.
Consequently the following Associate companies were formed by him and his family members.

Telace Industrial Services Manufacturers of Level Gauges, Sight Glasses, Safety Valves and other Process Instruments.
G.S.V.Micro Tech Manufacturers of Electronic Instruments and Controls. This company was started by an electronics Engineer who graduated in MS from The University of Louisville, USA to manufacture Electronic and Control Instruments.
