Surya Coach Builders Pvt Ltd is situated in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, which is about 90 kms from Bangalore. We are involved in the manufacture of Buses, tippers, load carriers, water/oil tankers, cabins and various other sheet metal and M.S and aluminum fabrication jobs.
Infrastructure
We are a fully equipped industry spread over an area of 4 acres with a covered area of 28,000sq/ft.We have all the necessary equipment required for our line of work which include jigs and fixtures, press brakes, shearing machines, stretch paneling machine, water testing facilities, a sophisticated paint booth and a well equipped machine shop. With all our infrastructure we are in a position to build up to 18 to 20 vehicles per month. We are in a position to increase our infrastructure and production for which we have already constructed a new unit situated in an industrial area on the outskirts of Bangalore where we have a built up area of about 25,000 sq/ft and a connected power load of 150kva, which when fully commissioned will increase our capacity by another 15 vehicles.
Esteemed Clients
Our company has constructed over 2,000 buses for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Corporation in the past. We have also constructed over 500 bus bodies for other clients which include hire vehicles for Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation, hire vehicles for North-East Karnataka Road Transport Corporation, vehicles for North-West Karnataka Road Transport Corporation, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation and Gujrat State Road Transport Corporation. In addition to this we have also constructed about 200 buses for Ashok Leyland which were solely for export purpose to Sri Lanka. Our latest large client has been Amanath Motor Corporation which runs vehicles on hire for Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation for whom we have built about 150 city type buses over the last 1 year.
In the same premises we are also operating a unit dedicated to the manufacture of Elastic Rail Clips solely for the Indian Railways for which we have an I.S.O 9000 certification which speaks for our commitment towards quality.

The company is managed by a highly qualified administrative and technical staff which includes a team of engineers with many years of experience in Bus body building and fabrication of all kinds.
