Experience of proprietor :
After completion of Graduation in 1996, I worked as a Trainee, in one of the leading Chemical Trading & Manufacturing firm; namely TASC PHARMACUTICALS LTD., & its subsidiary TASC CHEMICALS PVT. LTD. for about 2 years. After taking field,training and trading experience, establishing contacts with the leading Chemical Brokers / Traders. I thought of starting my own venture with the initial capital of Rs. 5/- lacs and equal amount of line of Credit from a replted bank. Initially my business was restricted to supply activities to small and medium size manufacturing units, in the up country centres like, Jalgaon, pune, Nagpur, Amravati etc. Looking to the inherent risk of bad debts & delayed payments we slowly shifted our focused to Trading Activity with the leading traders of the market. In the beginning we concentrated on a couple of items & gradually increased our product base to 20 to 25 items. Slowly our business grew & our capacity to stock the material, offer longer Credit & take advantage of market fluctuations also increased, we are now mainly dealing in Chemical products like, TOLUENE, BENZENE, MIX XYLENE, ORTHO-XYLENE, NORMAL BUTANOL, ISOPROPANOL, MEK, MIBK, etc. which are mainly petro based products. Mainly used in pharmaceuticals Industry, Paint Mfg. Industry, Ink Manufacturing Industry, Thinner Mfg. Industries, Dyes Mfg. Industries etc. generally our products are
used in all different types of Industries except Cement & Steel.
Products in which we deal are Mfgd. by Industrial giants like RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD., B.P.C.L., I.O.C., I.P.C.L.,
K.R.L., SAIL, Haldia petro Chemicals, as well as imported from various countries, with purity, equivalent to our Indian Manufacturing. We procure materials in bulk from the approved Agents of these manufacturers. And repacked in different sizes catering to requirements of different units. We repack in size of 35 kgs. , 50 kgs. and 200 ltrs. Drums. We also bulk quantities of Tanker Loads as well as container load.
Our main Clients are Big supply House, such as

2. ULTIMATE CHEM INDIA
3. NEPTUNE (Indore based) etc.
Who inturn supply to the actual users / consumers, adding on their profit of margin.
In terms of market practices, we generally sell our items on a 30 days Credit period as well as on Cash basis. We
are regulated by Central Excise Rules. So that the Modvat benefit can be passed to the actual users.We also hold I. E. C. NO for procuring bulk quantities of imported materials on High Seas & Bond facilities.
INFRASTRUCTURE : -
We have a Warehousing Facility at Bhiwandi with adequate insurance Cover. We have Sales & Administrative office premises in the main Chemical Market. We are equipped with Computers, Fax, Cellphones Facilities & e-mail facilities. We have three offices Assistants who looks after the execution of Sales orders, their collection, Excise & Sales Tax matter and routine Administrative work. Whereas the proprietor Concentrates on purchases Development of business
and public Relations.
