M/s. Sree Padmavathi Engineering is an engineering unit specializing in the machining, grinding and lapping of precision internal components for valves, automotive industries etc. We also manufacture gauges, Jigs, fixtures etc.
Located at Guindy Chennai, the unit is managed by a professional team of engineers. The unit is equipped with manufacturing facility ranging from a WMW surface grinding machine to a GMT lapping machine and inspection equipments so that machined components could be manufactured to the exact requirement of the customers.
Our manufacturing procedure has been efficiently stream fined and are supported by a quality assurance manual and related work procedures.
We have in house facility for sterlite overlaying and post weld heat treatment . The welding procedure as well as the welder have been qualified as per ASME I X in presence of a third party inspection agency (LRIS ).
At present we manufacture a good number of dual plate wafer type check valve plates from sizes 2" to 24" and supply them to lntricast Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot, Texmo Precision Castings and Electralloy Special Steel Castings Pvt Ltd, Hosur. These foundries in turn export them to Goodwin lnternational Ltd U.K. one of the reputed dual plate check valve manufacturers of the world. We also have a firm target of getting our unit an ISO accreditation by march 2002. We with our hard earned specialized knowledge we are, confident that we would-be in a position to manufacture engineering components according to the customers requirements. |
