Proprietor Profile Mr.Harish D Patil a first class mechanical engineer from Sir Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology, Pune and completed primary and secondary education in convent school and has nine years of rich and varied experience in engineering field.
After completion of education completed training and probation in automobile major Bajaj Tempo Ltd., with varied exposure in production, quality control, transmission machine shop, tool room. Individually handled propeller shaft machine shop and assembly section.
Well conversant with engineering drawings of precision machined components, sub-assemblies, assemblies as managed gear box assembly, rear axle assembly, electrical assembly, final assembly of Bajaj make tractor parts and assembly. Was involved in the initial stages of development of components for tractors.
Later joined Mahindra and Mahindra-Farm Equipment sector as R & D Engineer and worked in the developments of new tractor models including machine shop components and assemblies.
After leaving Mahindra and Mahindra started own manufacturing unit in the name of Shan Engineering Company and by strong commitment and hard work made the business reap rich profits even in times of industrial recession.
