We established our concern in the year February 1984 as a sole proprietorship concern. Mr.P.Vasanth Rao is a proprietor of the concern. He is having good experience in this field. He has passed B.Com., and Chartered Accountant Inter. His experiences are CA Article Ship with a chartered accountant for 3 years. and Practicing full time as an Auditor & Tax consultant since 1984. Computerised Accounting
Finalisation of Accounts. Preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Filing of Income Tax Returns [Registered Income Tax Practitioner]
Sales Tax Practice [Registered Sales Tax Practitioner]
Filing of sales tax monthly & annual returns, obtaining statutory forms, renewals, and maintenance of records and assessments.
ESI & PF: payment of ESI & PF, filing of half yearly & yearly returns and other declarations, maintenance of records and assessments.
Liaison with Labour officers, Factory Inspectors etc.
Preparation of project reports, filling of loan applications and liaison with Bank.
Income Tax TDS applications, payment of TDS, Issue of TDS certificates and filing of annual returns.
Obtaining SSI Certificates.
Partnership Deeds-Registration with Registrar of Firms.
Company Law Matters-filing of Annual returns, maintenance of minute books etc.
I am interested in consultancy services with overall responsibility of the above works on a monthly retainersbip basis.
