Grand Master Choa Kok Sui is the mdoern founder and world's foremost proponent of Pranic Healing Foundation of Maharashtra.
At an early age, he displayed an unusual interest in the healing arts. He studied and experimented with subtle energies' and their applications for healing, for psychic shielding, and for other esoteric practices. He learned as much from experience as from the study of spiritual sciences and from the counsel of several teachers and Masters of the healing arts whom he had met in the course of his studies.
Over two decades of research resulted in Grand Master Choa Kok Sui putting together a systematic set of techniques that can be learned quickly and practiced easily. These techniques formed the basis for his first book "The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing (1987). This book has since been translated into over eighteen languages and distributed worldwide. Other publications have followed since then. "Pranic Psychotherapy in 1989; Advanced Pranic Healing in 1992; "The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Crystal Healing in 1996; and "Miracles Through Pranic Healing in 1997 (this is the latest edition of the first book "The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing).
Most recently Grand Master Choa has just released "Practical Psychic Self-Defense for Home and Office” in 1999, and "Meditations for Soul Realization in 2000.
A graduate of Chemical Engineering, Grand Master Choa is a successful businessman and philanthropist who leads a regular life balanced on one hand by his business and family concerns, and on the other by his spiritual activities of promoting Pranic Healing anti other teachings throughout the world.
