We are a manufacturers of Flameproof, Weatherproof, Electrical Equipments, Instrument Enclosures etc. High voltages electrical wiring running all along the work place always run the risk of exposure to the vagaries of weather, electrical sparking, emissions like gases etc. Under such conditions it is not only necessary but also vital to safeguard them. Enclosures are well built to withstand physical damages in case of internal
explosion
- In case of internal explosion flames do not get passage to come in contact with
gases in the external atmosphere.
- Even joints, operating rods etc. prevent outside gases from entering unwanted
zones.
- Wide flanges ensure cooling of hot gases, in case of explosion inside. As a result
external atmosphere continues to remain safe.
Pluto Flameproof Controls are tested and certified by Central Mining Research Station, Dhanbad and manufactured in accordance to I.S.2148/1981 for group gases I, II A IIB. With regard to design rating & performance the products confirm to I.S.2206 (Part I) 1984, I.S.2206 (PartII 1976) and also to degree of protection IP 65 as per I.S. 2147-1962. Pluto Flameproof Controls are also approved & certified by Bureau of Indian Standards, Chief Controller of Explosives, Director General of Factory Advice Service and Labour Institute.
