Pavitra Industries was started in July 1992 as a partnership firm. Since then they have specialised in making structures, Transformers, and Components to Transformer Manufactures, Isolator and Switchgear manufactures, and the Indian Railways. The major customers are ALSTOM (a wholly owned French Company manufacturing High Voltage Switchgear) and S & S Power Switchgear (P) Ltd., (an Export Oriented Unit Manufacturing Isolators and Circuit Breakers) both located at Chenai and the Indian Railways.
Due to the high quality and reliability in meeting delivery schedules, these two companies are sourcing their major requirements from Pavitra Industries since the past 4 years. Pavitra industries is well known among the major Switchgear Manufacturers like Elpro International, GR Power Switchgear Ltd., and PSU's like Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., and Bride and Roof Co (India) Ltd., who source their requirements of Structures from us.
