Particulars of Partners

Mr.K.S.Krishnan in the year 1975 became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and became a fellow member in the year 1980. He started his career as a partner in a firm in the year 1975 later in the year 1980 started his own independent practice under the name and style of K.S.Krishnan & Co. Since then he continued in the practice for over 27 years. The concern K.S.Krishnan & Co. are statutory auditors of big listed companies and more than 18 companies. This concern is also the Income Tax consultants for many assesses and the clientele list is over 150.

M.N.Seetharaman started in the year 1968 became a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and became a fellow member in the year 1994. Started his career as an internal auditor in a leading chemical industry in Tamilnadu in th eyear 1968. Later he joined in the banking sector and several capabilities in senior level. His banking career spreads in various banks in India and overseas. During his tenure in banking services and in the audit firms he has gained rich experience in the fiend of Foreign exchange, credit and loan appraisals and Internal and central statutory Audits.

H.S.Raghavan has became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1999, after articleship he started his practice as a partner under Vinod and Raghavendra from 1999. During his practice he has handled statutory audits of Companies & Firms internal Audits, Tax Audits, Income tax and sales tax matters and Bank branch audits.
