End of 1987 Indinor - Industrias Quimicas was born due to the initiative of a group of persons with a large experience in commericialising chemical products for a vast number of industries.

With the adhesion of Portugal to the European Community, a new cycle in the life of the company was initiated by orientating their strategy towards the production. With an integrated project the aim of achieving a clear leadership in the home market was set. The intense research, the accumulated experience, the industrial know how acquired, made Indinor clearly a pioneer enterprise whose products the market defined as technically most advanced.

After penetrating the home market, the urge to export increased, Indinor has strongly commited itself to the foreign market and managed to obtain an exceptional increase in sales.

In 1995, the construction of a new, excellent installed industrial unit using state of the art technology gave the natural answer to the increasing commercial demand.

Today Indinor takes up the position of market leader and has seen the quality of their processes and products recently confirmed by the ISO 9002 certificate by the Portuguese Institute of Quality.
