Kaveri Silks & Jute Private Limited is a manufacturers and exporters of Pure Silk Fabrics, Sarees and Made Ups. The company started in the year 1982 as a Private Limited Company consist of 9 employees working in the company. We are a member of The Indian Silk Export Promotion Council and Mysore Art Silk Polyster Yarn Merchants Association. The main objects of the company to be pursued on its incorporation are as follows:
To manufacture Silk, Jute, Cotton, Woollen and Art Silk Yarn, and cloth and to carry on all or any of the following business.
To carry on the business of Pure Silk, Art Silk, Jute, Cotton, Woollen Spinners and doublers, Wool-combers, worsted spinners, linen manufacturers, worsted stuff manufacturers, drappers, flex, hemp, jute, wool and silk merchants, bleachers and dyers.
To purchase or acquire, comb, prepare, spin, dye and deal in flex hemp, Jute, woollen, cotton and silk and other fibrous substances and to weave or otherwise manufacture, buy and sell and deal in linen, cloth, yarm, manufacture fibrous products and other goods and fabrics, whether textile, felted, netted or looped and to supply power.
To deal in appliances, accessories and other materials for use inany of the aforesaid businesses.
