It is a corporate entity incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka with the main objective of providing professional services to corporate who are in need of such services. In recent times, more and more Corporate are tending to outsource a whole lot of their non-strategic but indispensable functions related to Accounts, Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal and Statutory matters to entities who provide such services. Outsourcing is a smart management practice that enables the management to do what it does best and retain their business focus without wavering. That is why we perform the Client Need Analysis before we make an offer. Also, we have evolved a unique concept wherein we prepare an Approach paper and let the client know what methodologies we intend to adopt to perform the agreed services.
