As Galaxy components are custom-built to drawings, it first makes available test buttons and samples to the user for on-line test and approval. After approval, bulk production is taken up.

Specialised finishing techniques ensure that components are without parting lines, burr free and in accordance to the finish specified in the drawings.
Specialised test procedures in collaboration with the user can be drawn up, if required. 3rd party inspection of test buttons by reputed international test houses can be arranged.
Galaxy components are tested on a regular basis by recognised laboratories.

At times, Galaxy needs to arrive at a solution with only a sample as a clue. The steps involved in this process are not only material identification, but also assessment of the operating environment of the component, assessment of the operating parameters, evaluating the designed operating life, etc.
